NYC socialites, influences and media gathered for a glamorous soiree at Luxe Lab for the launch of Atria Books’ Dreaming of Dior. Author Charlotte Campo spoke about her inspiration and models styled by celeb makeup artist and author Riku Campo revealed couture gowns form her private collection, revealed for the first time at the event. VIP guests included the newest housewife from The Real Housewives of NYC Sonja Morgan, socialite Lizzie Tisch, influence Jen Bekman, and media from People Magazine, Vogue and The New Yorker.

In anticipation of the Smith & Hawken Spring Launch event, garden designer Rebecca Cole and her team, along with new Furniture from Smith & Hawken, gave the terrace a brand new look. With more seating, additional lighting, and custom-tile tables designed by Rebecca Cole, the terrace is ready for spring!

Two teak Sienna bistro sets and an iron Panisse bench from Smith and Hawken add stylish seating to the terrace. Plus, the terrace is now legal! Iron Works has installed a safety railing that is both subtle and sophisticated.

The library is looking magnificent with the addition of a classic mid-century Saarinen table, a quartet of chic 1960’s lucite chairs & a unique French chandelier inspired by the sinuous line drawings of Jean Cocteau. The sunlight streaming in through the window accents beautifully the shades by Hunter Douglas & window treatment by Restoration Hardware.

The mirrored vanities are completed and the Kohler steam shower gets new glass doors as the spa prepares to be dressed. Check out the white leather alligator ceiling!

Our new IceStone countertops that have just been installed by Foro Marble Co. add a clean punch to the kitchen but go easy on the environment as 75% of their make-up comes from recycled glass bottles!

Our kitchen drawers are packed with everything from fine stainless steel saucepans to good old wooden spoons that do more than perform in the kitchen- they look great too!

We are now stocked with Michael Aram’s Forest Leaf ceramic series, Lotus Pond ceramic series and Africana porcelain place settings, each of which adds a charming twist to our collection of dinnerware.

The Panasonic Silver Screening Room now houses a massive 450 pound TV! The 130 inch Panasonic plasma TV seems to float on a sea of silver lacquer from Phillip Jeffries Wallcoverings.
