Here’s some pics of the plumbing being routed for the Kohler Spa, as well as the framing around the spa, which will feature the famed Sok tub, the state of the art hatbox toilet and a steam shower. You should build one of these in your own home!

The space was loaded with debris, so we snapped some shots of key areas.

This will turn into the Plain and Fancy kitchen. The radiator will be replaced with a 48″ Wolf range.

This is where the bar will be, featuring 2 Sub-Zero wine coolers, each storing 70 bottles.

This room will feature a design library by Plain & Fancy Cabinetry and a publishing partner, and will double as a small conference room.

The 13th floor had been used as offices for years. There were dropped ceilings, cubicles, no hot water heater, and a 30 year old air conditioning unit that made so much noise it could wake the dead. We removed years of layered “fix-it-upper” jobs and revealed a fantastic space with full northern and southern exposures.

The 14th floor where our offices and gallery are located were at one time a showroom and a yoga studio. The hardwood floor was installed on top of linoleum, which was installed on top of another layer of linoleum. We tore it all out to reveal the concrete slab and create a spare, industrial environment.
